OC Music Association™

The OC Music Association™ is a community of music industry professionals united to strengthen, support, and elevate the Orange County, California music scene. Our mission is to promote and market the Orange County music industry as a whole—spotlighting the region’s incredible talent and positioning Orange County as a premier music destination—while fostering a strong, connected musician community.

With more than 30 years of collective industry, talent, and marketing experience, the OC Music Association serves as a trusted resource for artists, professionals, and partners alike. Our 180-member association collaborates to build meaningful opportunities through experiential marketing, community music events, industry-only showcases, and large-scale festivals—working together to grow, connect, and amplify the Orange County music ecosystem.

OC VINYL WEEK™

OC MUSIC SHOWCASE™

Each year during Month of March, record stores across Orange County come together to host events supporting the local music scene through OC Vinyl Week. During this week, a limited-edition vinyl—recorded and produced by a compilation of Orange County bands—is released for sale.

OC MUSIC SHOWCASE™

Showcasing Orange County bands across multiple music genres at local venues throughout the county from August through October, with performances judged to determine award recipients in each category at the OC Music Awards.
