About Us

OC Music Association™


We are a community of industry professionals working together to strengthen, support and promote the Orange County, California Music Scene. Our mission is to promote and market the Orange County Music industry as a whole, spotlighting Orange County's incredible talent as a premier music destination, while building the community and musician family.

The OC Music Association is a resource for many things. We are a collaborative association with more than 30 years of collective talent and marketing experience. We are 180 members strong and together we strengthen and build through experiential marketing, community music events and industry only music events, as well as festivals.

Celebrate OC is a two-day festival showcasing the talent, tastes, trends that make Orange County the best place to live and play.  Live Music from some of the best Orange County bands receiving awards for their contribution to the community.

The HUB for Showcasing Orange County Music.  Four times a year at local business OC Music Showcase hosts a music festival as well as one in Austin, Texas during one of the largest music gatherings in the United States.

The third week of July each year, record stores come together to host events to support the Orange County Music Scene with OC Vinyl Week. During this week a limited edition vinyl will be sold that was recorded and produced by a compilation of local bands.
